How do I tell if I have a firewall on my computer?

2. Click Settings
3. Click Control Panel
4. Double Click the "Windows Firewall" Icon within the Control Panel
1. Open Zone Alarm Pro
2. Click Privacy from the options of the left.
3. Select the Cookie Control tab.
4. Click Custom.
5. Make sure the box labeled Block Persistent Cookies is not checked.
6. Make sure the box labeled Block Third Party Cookies is not checked.
7. Make sure the box labeled Remove Private Header Information is not checked.
1. Open Zone Alarm Pro
2. Click Privacy from the options of the left.
3. Select the Site List tab
4. Select Add and enter the URL.
5. Highlight the URL and select Options
6. Select the Cookies tab
7. Uncheck the boxes for: Persistent Cookies, 3rd Party Cookies and Remove Private Header Information
8. Click Apply and then click OK
9. Repeat the previous steps for additional URLs

6. Cookies from third-party sites will have a default setting of reject. Change it to accept.
7. Next, click the clean slate tab in the upper right.
8. At the bottom of the screen, there is an option that says Prevent 'referrer' information from being shared. It is check by default. Remove the check.
9. Click Apply then Okay.
10. Close any remaining McAfee windows.
Open the Norton Personal Firewall / Norton Internet Security
1. Click Privacy Control
2. Click Configure
3. Click Custom Level
4. The recommended level for viewing databases is Medium
5. Make sure cookies are allowed
6. Uncheck enable browser privacy
7. Click OK twice and close Norton Personal Firewall / Norton Internet Security
If the problem persists add the specific site you are trying to view:
1. Open the Norton Personal Firewall/Norton Internet Security
2. Click Privacy Control
3. Click Configure
4. Click Advanced
5. Enter the site.
6. Click OK
7. Under the Global Settings tab, make sure permit is checked for each option
